Tom Hopper is a Jr. Loan Officer on Tim Brigham’s team. He prides himself on providing clients with an exceptional mortgage lending experience while helping with their homeownership goals – from purchasing a home to refinancing to cashing- out equity. He majored in Finance & Banking at the University of Missouri – Columbia with and emphasis in Real Estate.
Tom started in the mortgage business full time in 2019, but he was exposed to the industry from an early age. Growing up, Tom’s father was a Mortgage Loan Originator. When he would play Monopoly as a kid, his father would have him use the current 30 year interest rates to pay back the bank when he would mortgage one of his properties. In college, his summer jobs were spent working at the bank and learning from his father’s expertise. Today, Tom takes the lessons and skills that he was taught and applies them to help his clients with their home financing.
Tom was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Today, he resides in Lincoln Park and works in downtown Chicago. During the warmer months, he enjoys visiting the lakeshore and playing baseball or ultimate frisbee. He is an avid sports fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, Blues, and Battlehawks as well as the Cleveland Browns and the Missouri Tigers.
